Jobot is seeking a talented Architect to join our award-winning team in Atlantic City, NJ. The successful candidate will develop and execute sustainable design solutions for commercial and industrial projects, utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling to deliver top-tier architectural outcomes.

With 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio, you’ll manage design teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety standards, while pursuing ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, site planning, and space planning.
• A solid understanding and application of sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing completed architectural designs.
• Professional registration as an Architect will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and executing outstanding design projects. With a strong focus on sustainable and industrial design, this role requires a versatile architect who has a deep understanding of the nuances of commercial and industrial architecture. The candidate will be expected to utilize their design skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, site planning, and space planning to deliver top-tier architectural solutions.
