Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Statistics, Biostatistics or related quantitative field.
• 12+ years in clinical trial statistics, including early development leadership.
• Expertise in advanced statistical design and modeling in early phase development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the statistical design and strategy of the most complex early phase studies and programs, ensuring alignment with exploratory goals.
• Serve as primary statistical advisor for therapeutic area strategy and data interpretation.
• Guide integration of multimodal data (e.g., biomarkers, imaging, real-world data) into early trial design and analysis.
• Represent the function in senior governance discussions and regulatory engagements.
