Qualifications

• PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of designing and applying analytics to clinical trial data.
• Proven expertise in statistical computing and advanced modeling.
• Recognized as a technical expert and thought partner within the organization or field.
• Experience mentoring others and contributing to internal standards, strategy, or capability development.
• Show respect for cultural differences in a global workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a methodological thought partner to study teams, providing expert guidance on complex design and analysis across programs.
• Lead development and institutionalization of methodologies improving decision-making at trial and portfolio levels.
• Shape cross-functional understanding of innovative statistical methods through education and publications.
• Anticipate regulatory trends and integrate methodologies into internal practices and external engagements.
• Act as a connector across teams, surfacing challenges and co-creating scalable solutions.
• Drive external collaboration through consortia, working groups, or regulatory initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and influence strategic direction through thought leadership.
