Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical development of projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams ensuring design concept remains within budget and is technically sound.
• Develop presentation documents and present to clients.
• Manage projects from Chicago, IL office for nationwide initiatives.
• Extensive experience with manufacturing or life science facilities.
