Job summary

CRB is seeking an Architect to design and document facilities for life sciences and food/beverage industries. You will generate models and drawings in BIM, balancing creativity with company standards.

The role involves coordination with engineers and construction teams and exposure to renovation and new construction projects. The position requires an Accredited Architecture degree, an active architectural license, 4+ years of professional experience, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape or Rhino.

Qualifications

• Accredited Architecture degree (B.Arch/M.Arch/D.Arch) or international equivalent.
• Architectural license in good standing with reciprocal licensure ability (NCARB).
• 4+ years professional architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute all design phases from programming to construction administration under supervision.
• Generate design and construction models and documents using BIM software (Revit).
• Develop studies, presentations and reports to support project deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of Building Codes in project delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Construction teams for coordinated designs.
• Conduct basic field investigations of existing systems and structures.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings and quality checks.
• Delegate tasks to Architectural Interns and Design staff.
