Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Architect/Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Salt Lake City region. You will engage clients, translate design concepts into solutions, and help expand our market share as a true design-build firm.

A background in architecture or an architecture degree is preferred. You must be action oriented, persuasive, and an effective communicator, with proficiency in coordinating between design and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture or degree in architecture is preferred.
• Action oriented, persuasive, and an effective communicator are required.
• Intimate knowledge of the construction industry and ability to communicate design through sketches/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from multiple sources (cold calling, networking, email, LinkedIn, mailers).
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with interests and goals.
• Close deals ensuring mutual benefit and client comfort to proceed.
• Act as Project Executive from design concept to construction completion.
• Collaborate with the BD Director to develop and report division strategy.
