Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a skilled Architect to craft detailed architectural drawings and stunning 3D renders for residential remodeling projects. You will handle load-bearing walls, structural changes, and ensure code compliance while collaborating with our construction team to bring remodel visions to life.

You will draft construction-ready plans, produce client-ready 3D visuals, and solve structural challenges to keep projects safe and feasible from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years experience in residential remodeling architecture.
• Must have architecture stamp.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).
• Strong portfolio of residential remodeling work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft detailed residential remodeling plans and construction-ready drawings
• Create realistic 3D renderings for client presentations
• Ensure designs are practical, safe, and meet code requirements
• Work with our team to solve structural challenges during remodels

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related field
• 3+ years experience in residential remodeling architecture
• Must have architecture stamp

• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and zoning laws
• Ability to produce both concept designs and fully detailed construction drawings
