Job summary

Demma Architecture in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a seasoned residential architect to lead conceptual design and production of construction documents. You will create schematic and detailed drawings, and develop presentation materials or renderings for clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential experience, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, and strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture.
• Experience with SketchUp Pro.
• Experience with Adobe Design Suite.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Candidate must manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong time management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and clients.
