Job summary

La La Land Cafe in Dallas, TX is seeking an Architect to develop architectural drawings and documentation for new store openings and remodels, applying the company’s prototype and brand standards.

You will coordinate with third-party drafting partners to ensure documents are accurate and on schedule, review drawings for code compliance, and support permitting with jurisdictional requirements. You’ll collaborate with interior design on layouts and finish packages and assist site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial architecture; retail/restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, growing organization.

About the Role

La La Land Cafe is growing from 40+ locations toward 100+ cafes across multiple states. The Architect will support the Architecture and Development team in producing and managing design documentation for new cafe locations and remodels, working under the direction of the Director of Architecture.

What You'll Do

Requirements

What You Bring
