Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and concept plans.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate updates, repairs, and additions for operating restaurant locations.
• Support documentation and design phases for new projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather field measurements and assess existing conditions.
• Participate in project review meetings and collaborate with team members in person.
• Maintain organized drawing sets and efficiently manage project files.
• Work closely with the Director of Design and executive leadership to ensure project success.

Architectural Designer Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant design or drafting experience in hospitality, commercial, or retail settings
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interpreting hand sketches and seeking clarification
