Job summary

Scheels All Sports in Bismarck, ND is seeking a part-time archery department associate to deliver a personalized WOW customer experience. You will help customers, set up and string bows, and perform bow repairs and tuning.

You\u2019ll maintain an orderly workspace, participate in product knowledge trainings, answer questions about location, price, and use, and help with stock and vendor orders to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or 3 months related experience).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up bows with accessories and stringing.
• Tune and repair bows; communicate process to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and back stock area.
• Attend product knowledge trainings as required.
• Assist customers with location, price and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and assist with vendor orders for parts.
