Responsibilities

• Coordinate practice schedules with UPIKE teams and visiting/high-school groups.
• Assist with planning and supporting archery events, competitions, tournaments, and outreach.
• Support pro-shop operations (basic equipment checks, cleaning, organization).
• Learn and assist with bow tuning, minor maintenance/repairs, and arrow building (training provided).
• Provide welcoming customer service; greet visitors and answer basic questions.
• Monitor activity for safety and proper use; complete opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness of ranges and storage areas.
• Support fundraising, sponsor outreach, and social media updates as needed.
