Fargo Scheels in Fargo, ND is seeking a team member to help deliver a personalized WOW customer experience by assisting with archery services, bow setup, and product knowledge. You will work in a customer-facing role, following safety guidelines and engaging with guests to build trust.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (or 3 months of related experience) and a willingness to learn through training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carefully follow customer requests while maintaining safety requirements.
• Set up bows with accessories, tune, repair and string bows.
• Communicate repair process and maintenance suggestions.
• Maintain an orderly workspace and back stock area.
• Attend sales and product knowledge training meetings.
• Answer questions about location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and assist with trade-ins and parts orders.
