Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an Archer IRM Developer/Administrator to design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise GRC solutions. You will build scalable Archer applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting aligned with regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on Archer Advanced Workflow, DDEs, Data Feed Manager, REST APIs, and platform administration, with banking/financial services experience highly desirable.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Archer IRM / RSA Archer development, administration, configuration, and enterprise GRC implementations.
• Strong expertise in Archer Application and Questionnaire Development, Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events (DDE), Data Feed Manager, and reporting capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience developing Archer integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, and related integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of GRC processes including risk management, controls, compliance, issue management, assessments, and audit workflows.
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL processes, data integration, and troubleshooting enterprise data feeds.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting technologies for automation and platform support.
• Experience with Archer reporting, dashboards, iViews, analytics, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management, and environment promotion processes.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services, including exposure to AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, risk, or control environments, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Troubleshoot Archer application, workflow, integration, data feed, performance, and production support issues.
• Partner with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and solution managers to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate GRC processes, enhance platform efficiency, and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and governance controls.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Archer IRM Developer / Administrator to design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[134,000 - 154,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
