Senior Archer IRM Developer

Overview

Our Information Security & Privacy team is dedicated to implementing enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and business solutions using the Archer platform. As a Senior Archer IRM Developer, you will be pivotal in the development and maintenance of various applications, workflows, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and questionnaires within the Archer IRM platform. This role entails end-to-end management and configuration of GRC and business applications, collaborating with business partners on design, functionality, workflow, user access, and solutions presentation. Additionally, you will engage in multiple corporate risk initiatives assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate basic to advanced features of the development environment to design solutions.
• Develop case documentation and provide technical support for system users.
• Offer subject matter expertise in Archer applications development, system management, version upgrades, and change management.
• Act as the primary contact for vendor and infrastructure teams on technology upgrades and issue resolution.
• Support policy enforcement within solutions regarding data security, access controls, data governance, and change control.
• Identify and advocate for standardizing, reusing, and optimizing GRC applications and processes across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer GRC applications.
• In-depth knowledge of the Archer development environment: Application Builder, Form Design, Access Control, Calculated Fields, Workflow, API.
• Strong understanding of Archer back-office functionality: Access Control, Appearance, Integration, Reporting, Notifications.
• Consultative approach to support cross-organizational GRC objectives.
• Senior-level experience in recent versions of Archer Applications (version 6x preferred).
• Experience in the banking or financial industry.

Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
