Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Archer IRM Developer/Administrator to design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise GRC solutions. You will build Archer applications, workflows, data feeds, and dashboards aligned with regulatory needs, focusing on Advanced Workflows, DDEs, and REST API integrations.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on Archer expertise in banking or regulated environments, strong SQL/ETL skills, and a solid understanding of SDLC and agile

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on Archer IRM development, administration, configuration, and enterprise GRC implementations.
• Strong expertise in Archer Application and Questionnaire Development, Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events (DDE), Data Feed Manager, and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience developing Archer integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, and related integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of GRC processes including risk management, controls, compliance, issue management, assessments, and audit workflows.
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL processes, data integration, and troubleshooting enterprise data feeds.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting technologies for automation and platform support.
• Experience with Archer reporting, dashboards, iViews, analytics, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management, and environment promotion processes.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services, including AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, risk, or control environments, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and optimize Archer Advanced Workflows and Data Driven Events (DDEs) for approvals, notifications, escalations, routing, and automated GRC processes.

• Troubleshoot Archer application, workflow, integration, data feed, performance, and production support issues.
• Partner with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and solution managers to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate GRC processes, enhance platform efficiency, and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and governance controls.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Archer IRM Developer / Administrator to design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role will focus on building scalable Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting capabilities aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on expertise with Archer Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events (DDE), Data Feed Manager, REST APIs, and platform administration. Experience within banking or financial services and regulated GRC environments is highly desirable.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[134,000 - 154,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
