Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an Archer IRM Developer/Administrator to design, configure, and support enterprise GRC solutions. The role focuses on Archer Advanced Workflows, DDEs, Data Feeds, REST APIs, and reporting in a regulated environment, with strong banking/financial services exposure.

The candidate will work across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments, partnering with risk and compliance teams to translate requirements into scalable Archer

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on Archer IRM / RSA Archer development and administration.
• Strong expertise in Archer Application and Questionnaire Development, Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events (DDE), Data Feed Manager, and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience developing Archer integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, and related integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of GRC processes including risk management, controls, compliance, issue management, assessments, and audit workflows.
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL processes, data integration, and troubleshooting enterprise data feeds.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting technologies for automation and platform support.

• Troubleshoot Archer application, workflow, integration, data feed, performance, and production support issues.
• Partner with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and solution managers to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate GRC processes, enhance platform efficiency, and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and governance controls.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Archer IRM Developer / Administrator to design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role will focus on building scalable Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting capabilities aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise with Archer Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events (DDE), Data Feed Manager, REST APIs, and platform administration. Experience within banking or financial services and regulated GRC environments is highly desirable.

In this role, you will:

What you need to have to be considered

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[134,000 - 154,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
