• Follow safety rules and participate in pre-task planning; report safety issues.
• Maintain quality standards across projects.
• Assist with archaeological fieldwork: survey, excavation, artifact collection, documentation.
• Conduct surveys/excavations using standard tools under supervision.
• Identify artifacts and stratigraphy; record findings on standardized forms.
• Support senior staff with additional tasks.
• Maintain equipment and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field.
• Completion of an archaeological field school or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of artifact identification, soils, and stratigraphy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GPS devices.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
