The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in Anthropology/Archaeology and has CRM experience with supervisory duties. Responsibilities include planning projects, coordinating with clients and agencies, and leading field crews. Qualifications

• Must have graduate degree in Anthropology/Archaeology (M.A., M.S., or Ph.D.).
• Minimum 3 years full-time CRM experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing field crews and budgets.
• Understanding of archaeological field methods for all phases.
• Familiarity with GPS and GIS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise projects within scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders in the field.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, historians, GIS and Geophysical Specialists.
• Direct and supervise field crews and other staff on projects.
• Prepare CRM reports and deliverables compliant with laws and guidelines.
• Train new archaeological staff in field techniques and best practices.
• May perform in-field management of projects as needed.
