Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in California is seeking an Architectural Drafter / Permit Expediter to join our team. You will prepare detailed CAD drawings and permitting applications for submission to multiple agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager and staff, review agency comments, and modify drawings as needed to meet permit requirements. Prior experience with permit applications is helpful, and proficiency in CAD, Revit, and office software is expected.
