Job summary

Accenture seeks an ArcGIS Utility Network Consultant to design, configure and implement ArcGIS Utility Network solutions for electric and gas utilities. You will work with senior architects and project leaders to modernize GIS environments and migrate from legacy GIS to ArcGIS Utility Network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing ArcGIS Utility Network solutions within electric or gas utilities.
• Experience with GIS implementation, business analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, or deployment.
• Strong understanding of utility operational processes including engineering, asset management, field operations, construction, maintenance, or outage management.
• Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network (required).
• Exposure to Agile delivery methods and modern software implementation practices.

Responsibilities

• Support ArcGIS Utility Network implementation for electric and gas utility clients.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate utility business requirements into ArcGIS Network capabilities and workflows.
• Assist migration from Legacy GIS to ArcGIS Utility Network using best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver GIS solutions.
• Contribute to workshops, design sessions, demonstrations, and end-user training.
• Support integrations between GIS and enterprise systems (EAM, OMS, CIS, etc.).
• Develop project documentation, functional specs, and client-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to modernize GIS capabilities.
