Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ArcGIS Utility Network Solution Architect to lead the transformation of legacy GIS to ArcGIS Utility Network, defining the target platform and guiding multi-disciplinary teams across processes, applications, and integrations.

You will translate utility business requirements into scalable GIS solutions, ensure end-to-end workflows from planning to asset management, and mentor delivery teams while sharing best practices with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with electric and gas distribution utilities and knowledge of operational processes.
• Ability to align GIS solutions to engineering, operations, control rooms, and asset management.
• Strong understanding of Utility Network concepts including network topology and rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and guide ArcGIS Utility Network strategy, design, and integrations.
• Define target Utility Network business processes, workflows, applications, integrations, and governance patterns.
• Lead best-practice migrations from legacy networks to ArcGIS Utility Network.
• Translate utility requirements into scalable GIS workflows and service-based solutions.
• Ensure GIS capabilities support end-to-end utility workflows from planning to asset management.
• Provide functional leadership to delivery teams and ensure solution quality and continuity.
• Articulate risks and lessons learned from comparable implementations to stakeholders.
