Job summary

Accenture seeks an ArcGIS Utility Network Consultant to design, configure, and implement ArcGIS Utility Network solutions for electric and gas utility clients. You will work with senior architects, translate business requirements into GIS workflows, and help modernize legacy GIS environments while ensuring end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing ArcGIS Utility Network solutions within electric or gas utilities.
• Experience supporting GIS implementation, business analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, or deployment activities.
• Strong understanding of utility operational processes including engineering, asset management, field operations, construction, maintenance, or outage management.
• Experience working with ArcGIS Utility Network (required).
• Experience with the Esri platform (preferred), including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Workforce, ArcGIS Survey123.
• Understanding of Utility Network concepts including: Network topology, Asset and device modeling, Network rules, Network tracing, Branch versioning.
• Experience supporting integrations between GIS and enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ArcGIS Utility Network solutions for electric and gas utility clients.
• Participate in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Assist in translating utility business requirements into ArcGIS Utility Network capabilities and functional workflows.
• Support the migration from legacy GIS environments to ArcGIS Utility Network using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior solution architects, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality GIS solutions.
• Contribute to workshops, design sessions, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end-user training activities.
• Support integration efforts between GIS and enterprise platforms like EAM, Work Management, OMS, CIS, and field mobility solutions.
• Develop project documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and client-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to modernize GIS capabilities and improve operations.
