Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years CAD drafting experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, or MicroStation.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, schematics, and field notes.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related GIS data formats.

Responsibilities

• Migrate plant diagrams into ArcGIS for the NEC GIS team.
• Convert legacy AutoCAD data and reduce AutoCAD dependency by 2025.
• Prepare drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Utilize ArcGIS to create maps and support planning tasks.
• Update as-built drawings from field sketches and redlines.
• Maintain CAD drawing libraries and document control.
• Assist with data conversion, digitizing, and georeferencing.
