Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Dallas, TX is seeking an Arcade Manager to lead our high-volume games room. You will oversee operations for arcade machines, VR, laser tag, and attractions, drive sales, manage a prize center, and train a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have management experience, a friendly professional demeanor, and a knack for analyzing reports and Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
• Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Meet and exceed arcade sales goals.
• Manage a retail-style prize store.
• Hire, train and manage hourly staff.
• Complete arcade audits.
• Analyze game payouts and reconcile.
• Arcade reporting and inventory ordering.
• Organize storage and price new items.

Arcade Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Arcade Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations of our state-of-the-art games room. Our game rooms feature arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars, as well as other attractions.
This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of a full retail style prize center, analyzing and understanding game payouts, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions, all while ensuring that we exceed our guest's expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
