Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking an Amusement Attendant to help deliver a vibrant guest experience around arcade games and other center offerings. This role involves welcoming guests, keeping games in good repair, and assisting with payments and promotions in a lively environment.

You will operate POS systems, stock the redemption center, and maintain a clean arcade area while promoting bowling, billiards, and food & drinks to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests with playing or paying for games.
• Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Operate multiple POS systems to sell arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain arcade redemption center inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
