Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking an Arcade Attendant to deliver a fun, safe guest experience at our center. You will greet guests, operate POS, handle cash and vouchers, and keep games and merchandise organized.

You will monitor floors for safety, assist with stock, troubleshoot jams, and support light game maintenance, while providing friendly service during flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and vouchers accurately
• Stay informed about promotions, returns, exchanges, and security procedures
• Maintain records related to daily sales and transactions
• Monitor arcade floor for safety concerns and address security risks when observed
• Answer guest questions about games, activities, and merchandise
• Load tickets and prizes into machines and restock merchandise displays
• Demonstrate and explain arcade games or products to guests
• Handle guest complaints professionally and elevate when necessary
• Clean games, tables, counters, and shelves to ensure a tidy environment
• Conduct inventory and assist with stocking items
• Troubleshoot and clear token or ticket jams
• Support minor game maintenance and assist with moving games or equipment
• Take out trash and assist with general cleanliness and organization
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager
