Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. seeks a Technical Facilities Supervisor to maintain and repair bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha systems inside our Danbury center. You will supervise mechanics, respond to equipment issues, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.

The role requires two-year related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Training and inventory duties are part of the role with growth opportunities within the facilities team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha equipment.
• Assist Facilities Manager in supervising department mechanics.
• Respond to customer complaints and diagnose issues.
• Conduct inventory of facility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety practices and procedures.
• Perform other facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
