Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Facility Mechanic to oversee, maintain, and repair bowling, arcade, and facility systems in our amusement venue.

You will work with the Facilities Manager, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; prior hands-on repair experience with entertainment equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in servicing and maintaining the facility, bowling equipment, and amusement arcade games.
• Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunctions; analyze the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
• Respond to error calls for any bowling, amusement arcade, and facility issues.
• Maintain support and communication programs designed to promote products or services for the Bowling and Amusement Departments.
• Follow equipment operational compliance with OSHA safety practices and procedures.
• Stay informed on company’s policies and procedures under the direction of Facilities Manager as they relate to the Bowling and Amusement Departments.
• Follows up to complete any assigned work.
• Other duties may be assigned; ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Keeps a clean and organized workshop.
