Open availability for shifts preferred; must have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail. The role includes handling phone inquiries and performing special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine if their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Keep games and counters clean and visually appealing.
• Respond politely with a friendly demeanor to customer requests.
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
