Round1 Bowling & Arcade is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining bowling lanes, arcade and Spo-cha equipment, and related systems. You will oversee mechanics, conduct preventive maintenance, and uphold safety and quality standards in a busy entertainment environment.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of related experience, strong customer service, and solid communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department mechanics and ensure adherence to safety practices.
• Respond to machine malfunctions and identify root causes.
• Maintain and update preventive maintenance charts for equipment.
• Conduct inventories of facility equipment and oversee proper documentation.
• Train mechanics in safety procedures and operation standards.
• Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays to support business needs.
