Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible.
• Explain game operation or rules and troubleshoot customer complaints.
• Assist managers in planning schedules and training staff.
• Work to achieve departmental sales goals and provide personal sales support.
• Supervise department operations to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and monitor inventory levels.
