Position: ARC Lifeguard

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests using the water facilities within the resort. It is a part- or full-time position with availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• American Red Cross (ARC) certification is required. If you do not have one, we will provide training.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist guests exiting water slides to prevent slips and falls.
• Enforce all safety and park rules at all times.
• Caution swimmers about unsafe areas.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid as needed.
• Maintain order in swimming areas.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness and safety.
• Clean swimming pools regularly.
• Repair tubes and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with lost children.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the resort and its amenities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
