Job summary

Power Solutions Group (PSG) a Sunbelt Solomon company seeks a driven Arc Flash Analysis Sales Representative to expand electrical engineering services across the Eastern United States. You will build relationships with facility owners, contractors, and engineers, managing opportunities from lead to award while driving revenue targets.

You will travel across the territory, develop growth strategies, and partner with PSG's sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver consultative solutions

Qualifications

• Proven success in technical sales or business development within electrical services.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and industrial/commercial infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Track record of developing new business and growing accounts.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to travel extensively across the Eastern U.S.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for arc flash and engineering services.
• Generate new business via prospecting, networking, and relationships.
• Expand existing PSG accounts by identifying service opportunities.
• Build relationships with facility owners, contractors, engineering firms, data centers, and manufacturers.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from lead to award.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Partner with teams to develop winning solutions and maintain CRM pipeline.
