A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Manage profitability, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Coach and train employees.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment.
