Bonus Program

Eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train team members for operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights weekly.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location. Starting ranges in Maryland are $55,000 - $60,000.
