A Day in the Life

• Lead, train, and motivate a team to ensure a positive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and stand for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
