Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory and cash handling, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Handle issues during shifts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

• All other locations: $14.00 to $23.40/hour
• Maryland: $19.00 to $22.00/hour
