Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of an Assistant General Manager

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching for a positive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with managing labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address and resolve shift challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand/walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Expected starting pay ranges:

• All other locations: $14.00 - $23.40/hour
• Maryland: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
