Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Trimmer/Climber in Edina, MN to trim, tops, and reshape trees to provide clearance for utility powerlines. This full-time, non-exempt position requires physical stamina and comfort with heights.

Responsibilities include operating tools, loading debris, and maintaining safety around job sites. A high school diploma is preferred; entry-level applicants are welcome. Benefits include health, PTO, retirement plans, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and capable of performing physically demanding work.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and balance are required.
• Ability to walk, climb and work from ladders and various heights in different weather.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service tools/equipment used on job sites.
• Load/unload debris and feed into wood chipper; maintain a tidy work area.
