Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Rogers, MN is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim, tops, and reshape trees to clear utility powerlines. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits offered by the company.

The role involves operating tools, loading/unloading, safety duties, and coordinating with customers and crews. Candidates must be 18+, physically capable, and able to work at heights; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
• Able to walk, climb and work from ladders in various conditions.
• Willing to join local union and pay dues.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Sprays areas with equipment to prevent further growth.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush and debris into wood chipper.
• Repairs minor damage to lawns, fences, and walk-ways.
• Services gasoline, air, and hand tools and equipment.

Skills
