Job summary

Urban Arborists BTH LLC in Red Hook, Brooklyn seeks an Arborist Sales Representative to blend tree care expertise with client relations and project leadership. You will meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and prepare tailored proposals.

The ideal candidate has arboriculture experience, is comfortable with sales, communicates clearly, and can diagnose basic tree health. A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain ISA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in arboriculture, landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to diagnose tree health.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess tree care needs.
• Conduct property inspections and recommend appropriate tree care services.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Educate customers on tree health, pruning, removals, plant health care, and risk assessments.
• Maintain detailed customer records.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.

We are looking for a motivated Arborist Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines tree care expertise with customer relationship management, helping residential and commercial clients identify their tree care needs and providing customized solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, arboricultural knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
