Qualifications

• 1+ year tree sales experience with measurable results.
• Tree care, landscaping, or arboriculture experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• ISA Arborist Certification preferred or must obtain; company pays.
• Ability to identify tree species, diagnose issues, and recommend treatments.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline.
• Independent field work with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs.
• Diagnose issues and recommend services.
• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline.
• Prepare professional proposals and scopes.
• Communicate pricing and timelines clearly.
• Track activity, follow-ups, and revenue in CRM.
• Collaborate with Operations to execute jobs.
• Own revenue, close rate, and margins.
