Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Ground Person to join a professional tree care crew in Massachusetts. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to pruning, rigging, cabling, and removal work, and opportunities for advancement within a safety-first company.

You will learn to safely operate equipment, follow safety policies, and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team while helping protect and maintain customers' landscapes year-round.

Qualifications

• Learning through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning trees, rigging, cabling and bracing, removal of hazardous trees, operating equipment, and implementing work zone safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learning through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture.
• Assisting Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders on the ground and aloft.
• Assisting with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
• Adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies.
