Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts, Lebanon, NJ, is seeking an Arborist Ground Person to join our outdoor crew. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, safety-first culture, and opportunities for career development in arboriculture.

You will learn and perform pruning, rigging, cabling, and proper equipment operation while supporting Arborist Climbers on residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• No prior arboriculture experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Pruning trees and rigging as needed.
• Cabling and bracing for tree support.
• Removal of hazardous trees and debris.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, lifts).
• Implementing work zone safety procedures and assisting with driving/parking duties.
