Qualifications
- Entry-level position with on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Degree preferred but not required; serious interest in arboriculture.
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
Responsibilities
- Learn to prune trees, rigging, cabling and bracing.
- Remove hazardous trees when applicable.
- Maintain and operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
- Implement work zone safety procedures.
- Assist Arborist Climbers and Crew Leaders on ground and aloft.
- Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
- Follow safety rules and company safety policies.
