Job summary

The Bartlett Tree Experts in Nashville is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to guide a tree care crew and supervise a range of arboriculture tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will mentor team members and coordinate field operations with the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.

You should have extensive climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Lead and supervise crews; ensure training for each job assignment.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships; uphold industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
