The F. A. Bartlett Tree Expert Company is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our Beverly Farms team in Massachusetts.

You will participate in tree care on residential and commercial properties, performing climbing and assisting crew leaders to deliver safe, high-quality services. Qualifications

• Tree climbing experience in the tree care industry (DdRT or SRT preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground and climbing duties and operate aerial lifts as directed.
• Conduct tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Maintain tools and equipment safely; follow safety policies.
