Bartlett Tree Experts in Beverly Farms, MA is seeking an Arborist Climber Trainee for hands-on field experience in scientific tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties. This is an entry-level position focused on safety, learning, and professional development.

You will join a field crew to learn climbing, pruning, rigging, cabling, removal of hazardous trees, and equipment operation while earning credentials through on-the-job training and company programs.

Qualifications

• Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and work on a multi-disciplinary team.
• Passion for nature and environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn on-the-job to perform all aspects of arboriculture such as climbing, pruning, rigging, and removal of hazardous trees.
• Operate equipment safely (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts) and maintain it properly.
• Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
• Follow all safety rules and company safety policies.
