Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Beverly Farms, MA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a professional tree care crew. You will climb trees and assist Arborist Crew Leaders in performing tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties.

The role requires climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) with aerial lift operation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. We offer competitive pay and a safety-first, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
• Passion for nature and the outdoors
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely perform all arboricultural tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and root collar excavations
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts)
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and policies

As an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in:

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
  • Tree identification
  • Tree risk assessments
  • Pruning
